A free home survey for the World Cup 2010

Once you have decided that you want a Home Cinema our qualified surveyors (Construction and Audio Visual) will arrange to meet you at home to measure up and discuss your broader requirements.

Guaranteed installation for the World Cup subject to survey and a completed order before the end of April 2010.

During the survey we will:

Take detailed measurements
Check that your current gas , water and electricity comply with current legislation and determine the extent of any works required
Discuss removal of any meters or fittings
Discuss the extent of you and your family's expectations in relation to your new Entertainment room or Cinema area as well as the Audio Visual Systems.
Outline the timescales for the work (an average garage conversion take between 7-10 days)

Shortly after this we are able to provide you with estimated installation costs and timeframes.

The quote

Someone from our team will contact you to confirm and agree the final quote and at that point your project will be transferred onto our installation team's works programme. Our local Senior Technician will liaise with you to ensure that you have a point of contact if something goes wrong or changes.

A Convenient Date

We will discuss with you and agree a convenient installation date for your new home cinema to begin. All you need to do is empty your garage and ensure your order is in prior to the end of April to guarantee a Home Cinema for the World Cup in South Africa 2010

Start as agreed

We guarantee that we will start on the dates that we set out prior to you ordering your Home Cinema. Our installation team will ensure that the site remains clean at all times and that all rubbish is cleared as it's made. You will probably, however, have a skip on your driveway which is kept covered at all times to prevent dust & rubbish escaping.

During the Installation

It's impossible to do this type of work without some disruption and mess. The extent of this disruption depends upon the complexity of the project but we will endeavour to keep it to a minimum at all times. One important factor to plan for is a space somewhere else to place all the things that you currently store in your garage. Speak to our team if you need some help with a larger shed(discounts available through our partner Homebase)!

Completion

We want to make sure that you get exactly what you were expecting from your new Home Cinema. So when it's finished the senior technician will take you through the works and equipment to make sure you are happy with the standard of installation as well as knowing how to use your new cinema equipment. You will then be given your guarantees and will be asked to sign off the works. Guarantees are as follows:

Conversions 10 years
Audio Visual installations 10 years
Audio Visual Systems 12 months
Home Cinema furniture 12 months

Quality Checks

Our installation team will be back on a pre determined date to make sure you are completely satisfied with your completed room and repair any cracks or snagging items,. This also provides us with valuable feedback so that we can make continual improvements to our service for you and other customers.
